You first must understand a very few things where this man is concerned, one of which is that anyone who disagrees with him on almost anything is immediately branded a "LIBERAL". This seems to hold true no matter the subject he happens to be holding forth on which is one of the reasons I do not like him. For instance, I did not know there was a Liberal Bias in Sports Reporting in any of the more popular media. Is there? If so, how could anyone tell? What would THAT litmus test be? I do not know.

As a matter of record, if anyone is interested, I, by my voting record, could not be considered a Liberal any more than a Conservative since I seem to be mixed on the "CORE ISSUES" both groups use as a litmus test for their political positions. I won't go into it in any detail but that probably means (to some people) that I do not have any political convictions at all. Oh well, it's always something.

I watched a little of the show Limbaugh was on and I did not think he was all that astute where the game was concerned. That is my viewpoint. I believe he was put on the show by one of the "Blue Suits" to stir-things-up and to give the reporting a slightly different angle than it normally had; AND, no one had any idea he would hit on one of those pushbutton Politically Correct items that even an ordinary idiot would have known to avoid, at least while sitting in that 60-million viewer fishbowl he was in. Remember, he regularly "preaches" to a certain segment of the population and is used to saying whatever comes to his mind when doing his radio show with no one ever objecting. I am convinced he simply slid over into his normal mode when he got onto the subject of McNabb and did not realize what he was saying could be found objectionable.

Actually, what he said was just one man's opinion which I think should have been so labelled and noted. The fact that McNabb is currently about 85-90% of Philadelphia's offense would have more than sufficed to rebut his statement if someone would have called attention to it. That would have served the purpose far better than all the furore that was generated by "The Liberal Media". Damn! I answered my own question after all. It had to be the "Liberal" Media; nothing else could have done it.

As far as the noise about his taking non-prescribed anti-pain medicine (pills)? That could as likely be ordinary BULLSHIT as it could be anything and should be so considered. There are an awful lot of people out there doing that very thing but that in itself is no reason to try attaching that LABEL to him. I do not believe him so ignorant he would not know how to get anything of the type without any trouble at all. I could get them if I wanted them but I have no use for such a thing. If I could get them, then he sure as hell could. Nuff said.
