i hate when people try to defend bush. that mans actions are indefencible. the kyoto treaty was his greatest sin i think, but how about banning stem cell research because it damages gods life (bloody religious zealout IDIOT) when he himself signed many death warrants as the minister of texas or something. a complete loser who does not even appear to have muich grasp of the english language.

i think maybe chlestrons reasons were a bit limiting. they are contributing factors yes, but america is the worst polluter because it is a corrupt, money-driven capitalist nation. key words - capitalist, money-driven, corrupt. the government is no better than a corporation and will not do anything to stop what is wrong, to further what is good. the corporations will stop at nothing for profit. the people have been programmed since their birth to make the best capitalist robots, studying working and investing - all of which makes the economy keep going - but if they are ambitious they do all this as well as they can, working harder, more ruthlessly, in the endless persuit of money, which only ends up being spent on the very products of the economy they run, thus every american citizen, to the corporations and the governments which they handle like puppets, creates more profit for the economy than say, the people of nepal, who have NOT been manipulated by a fucking dark government, who are happy in their immense poverty due to a spiritual outlook, who living on one dollar a day still manage to give to charity.... people who are not driven by their own greed, people who dont view life as a competition to consume the most, to own the most, have the biggest impact, the most admiration and respect......

material bullshit, put here to distract us, just an obstacle to transcend... hmmm, sometimes i think maybe we take this world too seriously, maybe the physical really is just an illusion, shaped to force us towards inner-growth... maybe we should just focus on that inner growth, forgetting all this dense, gross, mundane crap?
