There is something I wonder about this feature story, and I guess it would go to virtually any religious charitable help:

Why and what does the helped owe the helper? Is the exchange rate really "We save you from North Korea, you accept Jesus Christ?" (Is that the price the "Faith Based Orgazinations" ask for, and if the helped don't give that payment, are terms of payment voided?)

In the moment after 9/11, a Scientologist group hounded the WTC and "Helped Out" with a group name that suggested a psychology outfit. It appeared on the listings of tv news outlets.
